Born and raised in Mexico. I studied photography and then a bachelor in Film. I started my career as still photographer and then I ventured into cinematography just to discover what I now love the most: directing and screenwriting. 

My short films have been selected in international film festivals such as Toronto International Film Festival, Morelia International Film Festival, HollyShorts, San Diego Latino Film Festival, Festival del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano, among others.

My career as an advertising director began surprisingly in 2019 when I became Coca-Cola's Production lead and I directed their digital campaigns for two years. Since then I have been lucky enough to direct many commercials for brands such as Corona, Mattel, Maybelline, Bumble, Kelloggs's, etc.

This year I returned to directing music videos collaborating with artists like Grupo Frontera and Tito Double P and I made my foray into television directing global content for Miss Universe 2024.

I was selected for Berlinale Talents Guadalajara in 2016. Nowadays I develop my first feature film “Mientras duermes” with the support of Cine Qua Non Lab.

I published my first photography book “Lío de faldas” in 2021. Sometimes I still work as a photographer because it's still something I really love.
